Privacy policy
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than to be legally impenetrable.

What we collect
Through this website, only what you type into the appointment form:
- Your name, so we know who we're calling back
- Your phone number, to confirm your appointment
- Preferred time and treatment, to allocate a suitable slot
- Any notes you add, optional, and entirely up to you what goes in it
We do not ask for your address, date of birth, ID numbers, or payment details through this website. If a form ever asks you for those, it isn't ours.
Why we collect it
To call you back and book your appointment. That is the entire purpose.
We do not use the details you submit for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send promotional messages. If you'd like a reminder before your appointment, say so when we call.
Clinical records
Once you become a patient, the clinic keeps a clinical record: examination findings, X-rays, treatment carried out, and any medical history you share. This is separate from the website and is held under the professional obligations that apply to any dental practice in India.
Clinical records are confidential between you and the clinic. They are not shared with anyone else without your consent, other than where the law requires it.
If you'd like a copy of your own records or your X-rays, to take to another dentist or for your own file, ask at the clinic. They're yours.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests that don't result in a visit are cleared once they're no longer useful, typically within a few months.
Clinical records for patients who have been treated are kept for as long as professional record-keeping standards require, since they may be needed for your future care.
Clinical photographs
Before-and-after photographs shown on this website are published only with the written consent of the patient they belong to. Consent forms are kept as part of the patient record.
Consent is specific and voluntary. Declining has no effect on your treatment, and you may withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason. The images are then removed from the website.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Give you a copy of your clinical records and X-rays
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete an appointment request you submitted
- Remove your photographs from the website
- Stop contacting you
Ask at the clinic or call. There's no form to fill in and no charge for asking.
